If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days of receipt (restrictions apply) and we will gladly provide a replacement, exchange, or credit your credit/debit card (shipping  charges are NOT refundable). Taxes:

By law Charisma Jewelry is required to charge sales tax to all merchandise with a shipping address within New York. New York tax is 8.625%.

Availability:

Most items are 95% - 97% in stock year round from our suppliers. In most cases your order will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days after receipt of cleared payment. During the Holiday Seasons our volume of orders increases, the processing time can take up to 3-5 business days. If you need your jewelry item for a special occasion or if the date is close holiday, please select appropriate shipping method or contact us for additional options and shipping charges. Diamonds merchandise can take up to 7 business days to ship, 90% of our Diamond merchandise is "hand set". Items are shipped to you or your designated recipient direct from our location in New York. On rare occasion an item is out of stock or will have very recently been discontinued by the manufacturer. Charisma Jewelry will notify you within 1 business day in these events and a refund will be issued for those items, or we can suggest a similar item to replace the item that is no longer available.

Image and Presentation:

Charisma Jewelry enhances its images for detail. This includes enlarged to show the detail of the merchandise, color enhancement, etc. 
The description gives you the detail of the merchandise for size and weight. Please contact us if you need further information about certain merchandise.

Pricing:

With a fluctuating precious metal market, our pricing increases and decreases on almost a daily basis. It can occur that you will see an item one day for $129.99 and the next day $139.99. Charisma Jewelry keeps the price as low as possible. By checking and modifying our prices this frequent, we also stay on top of our inventory and eliminating a headache to our customers that an item is "out of stock" or "discontinued" by a vendor. It can happen that during one of our updates the pricing on the item is priced incorrectly or the dropdown menu on a customized item is not working correctly. If this happend with an item in your order, you will be informed about the correct pricing on that item within 24 hours of purchase.

Ring Sizing:

Some of our rings come in a stocksize, the stocksize for woman is 6 (this ring but may vary up to a whole size in either direction), men is a size 10 (but may vary up to a whole size in either direction), these rings can always be returned. If you need an exact size, please choose from the appropriate drop down menu with the ring. A re-sized ring (where an additional charge apply) can not be returned.

Shipping:

99% of our orders ship within 1-3 business days after order is placed, you will get a confirmation when your order shipped or you can lookup your order under your account. 
Please contact us if you need an item expedited. For security reasons Charisma Jewelry does NOT ship to P.O Boxes.
Signature is required upon delivery of any package valued at $125 or more for your protection.

Gift Packaging:

Most of our items ship in a ready to give black with gold gift box, blue and white gift box or a jewelry pouch, some items will come in their own packaging.

Drop Ship:

Drop Ship means, the item(s) will ship directly from our manufacturer to your address.
Please note that we do not guarantee that the item is placed into the gift box, this part is out of our hands and we can not control this.
Charisma Jewelry reserves the right to drop ship.
Merchandise shipping to P.O. Boxes, AE, AP, AA, FP can't be drop shipped due to restrictions.

Security Tag:

The Security Tag attached to the jewelry must not be removed. If the Security Tag is removed from the jewelry, the merchandise is not returnable or exchangeable. This is a security feature that Charisma Jewelry uses to verify the authenticity of the item. Drop Ship items may or may not have this tag and returned merchandise that has been drop shipped will be inspected by our Quality Control Department.

Cancellations of Orders:

Once the order is made and paid for, the sale is final. Orders cancelled before shipping are subject to processing charges of $10.00.
Orders cancelled after shipping are subject to a 25% fee + schipping cost. Cancellation orders can take up to 10 business days to process.

Exchanges:
