At Charisma Jewelry, we make every effort to present a superior level of service and quality with our complete collection of fine jewelry. We offer a wide variety of products for every budget in Sterling Silver (.925), Stainless Steel, Titanium, Ceramic, White Gold, Yellow Gold and Platinum. We love jewelry and we hope you do too! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days of receipt (restrictions apply, see below) and we will gladly provide a replacement, exchange, or credit your credit/debit card (shipping charges are NOT refundable).
There are no refunds or exchanges on all Personalized Jewelry, Customized Jewelry, Photo Laser Engraved Jewelry, Ring Sizing (when charged additional for the ring sizing service), Engraving and Clearance/ Overstock items.
However, in the event that a mistake is made on our part, we gladly rectify the mistake, will will email you a UPS / FedEx Return Shipping Label by Email and re-ship the item(s). All returned merchandise is subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.

Every effort is made to insure that your merchandise is shipped in perfect condition. Report any initial defects within 5 days of order receipt for prompt replacement, report any damages or losses in transit to the carrier immediately. Charisma Jewelry cannot be held responsible for damages or losses incurred in transit.
How To Prepare A Return to Charisma Jewelry, please follow the following process:

Please contact us through your profile, under my account, orders, click the order and on the bottom of your order is a communication box, you can use our Return Merchandise Authorization form, or call us at TOLL FREE at 1-866-501-1750.

Print the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) E-mail that you have received from Charisma Jewelry. Place all of the original packaging in the box (jewelry with their gift box/pouch, gift items in their original box) and securely place all the item(s) inside the box. Securely close the box, write your Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) on the outside of the shipping box. Please follow the instructions for the return address and make sure that you receive from your carrier a tracking number.
After we receive your package, our Returns Department will verify the condition of the returned item(s).Any unauthorized, improperly packaged returns will be returned to sender.Items that show signs of wear or have been resized, engraved, altered, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.
When Will My Credit Card be Credited?
A refund will be issued within 2-7 business days and will be issued in the original form of payment.
You will be informed by e-mail when your refund was issued.
Please allow one to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
Returns and Exchanges are subject to the following restrictions:

A copy of your Invoice and the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) E-mail must accompany the returned item. Returns with missing one of these forms can delay the process time of your refund.

The item must be returned in its original condition (jewelry with their gift box/pouch, gift items in their original box), unworn and unaltered in any way. Merchandise that is not returned in its original condition is subject to additional charges that will be deducted from the credit applied to your account.

The Security Tag attached to the jewelry must not be removed. If the Security Tag is removed from the jewelry, the merchandise is not returnable or exchangeable. This is a security feature that Charisma Jewelry uses to verify the authenticity of the item.

Items that have been worn and / or damaged due to customer negligence cannot be returned.

Personalized Jewelry, Photo Engraved Jewelry, Ring Sizing and Engraving cannot be returned. If there was an error made on our part, we will happily exchange your order.

Processing, shipping, handling and insurance charges are not refundable.

Gifts to third parties are only refundable to the original buyer, however the item(s) can be exchanged within the 30 day money back period, the item(s) can't be personalized, engraved or re-sized.

If you received a free gift with your order, you must also return the free gift or you will be charged the purchase price of the free gift. This charge will be deducted from the credit applied to your account.
